Our policy

BudgetCast subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — monthly or annual — after which your account reverts to the free tier. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. Once cancelled, no further charges will be made.

Free tier

The core BudgetCast budgeting tool is free and will remain free. No subscription is required to use budgets, scheduling, period history, or shareable links.

Exceptional circumstances

We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where there is a demonstrable technical fault on our part that prevented access to the service. To raise a request, contact us at billing@budgetcast.co.uk within 14 days of the charge.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
